If you receive any damaged cigars, please reach out to us within 24 hours, as we do not process exchanges after that period. Keep in mind that cigars are delicate and may incur damage during shipping; we strive to minimize these occurrences. Should you face any issues, kindly send us photos of the damaged cigars and report the quantities as soon as you open your package.
